Is this pure hing?

Our Hing Cakes are pure hing. Hing Powder and Tadka Blends are made with real hing plus other ingredients. Full ingredients are on each product page.

Should I buy cake or powder?

How much hing should I use?

A small pinch in hot oil or ghee for a few seconds, before other ingredients. Start with less, as hing is strong.

How long does delivery take?
