INGREDIENTS
Masoor Dal 1/2 cups
Tuwar Dal 1/2 cups
Dry Red Chilli 4 nos
turmeric powder 1 tbsp
Asafoetida 1/2 tbsp
Cumin Seeds 1 tbsp
green chilli1 nos
Coriander leaves 1 sprig
Garlic chopped 1 tbsp
Ghee 2 tbsp
Salt as per taste 1 tsp
INSTRUCTIONS

Wash both the dals. Take a pressure cooker, add washed dal, 4 cups of water, turmeric powder and salt into it. Cook it for 1 whistle on high flame and then for 2 whistle on low flame.

Chopped green chilli, garlic and coriander leaves.

Heat ghee in a kadhai, add asafoetida and cumin seeds, saute it and then add chopped garlic and green chilli, dry red chilli into it.

Saute it for 1 minute and then add cooked dal into it, mix it and give it a boil and then add chopped coriander leaves into it and then switch off the flame and serve it.
